All clients must read thoroughly  and  agree to terms before booking an appointment. We suggest that all clients plan ahead for traffic, illness, weather, car trouble etc. There are no exceptions to the policies. 

We value all clients, new and old and want to ensure everyone has the best possible experience.

  • IF YOU ARE OVER 30 MINUTES LATE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $50 FEE. NO EXCEPTIONS. IF YOU ARE OVER 35 MINS LATE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED FOR THE DAY. 50% OF YOUR APPOINTMENT TYPE WILL STILL BE DUE IN ORDER TO RESCHEDULE. CLIENTS BEFORE AND AFTER YOU DESERVE FOR THEIR APPOINTMENTS TO START ON TIME.

 

  • IF YOU ARE GOING TO CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT PLEASE CANCEL THROUGH THE APP, VIA EMAIL OR TEXT 24 HRS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT TO AVOID ANY CHARGES OR FEES.

 

  • IF YOU CANCEL THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT 50% OF YOUR SERVICE WILL STILL BE DUE. THIS PAYMENT MUST BE CLEARED VIA INVOICE TO RESCHEDULE A NEW APPOINTMENT. CLIENTS WILL HAVE 48HRS TO CLEAR THIS BALANCE.

 

  • IF YOU NO SHOW AND DO NOT PAY YOUR BALANCES YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BOOK WITH KYNDAL  IN THE FUTURE.

 

  • ALL SQUEEZE IN APPOINTMENTS WILL REQUIRE A $25 BOOKING FEE THAT MUST BE PAID WHILE REQUESTING A SQUEEZE IN APPOINTMENT. IF THERE IS ROOM FOR YOU TO BE ADDED TO THE SCHEDULE THEN NO FEE WILL BE ASSESSED.

 

  • ALL CLIENTS WILL BE GIVEN (3) OCCURRENCES. AFTER YOUR 3RD OCCURRENCE YOU WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO REBOOK.
