WE ASK THAT YOU KEEP YOUR BILLING ADDRESS AND SHIPPING ADDRESS THE SAME. MAKE SURE YOU'RE ENTERING IN THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS THAT'S ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR BANK CARD. IF YOU DON'T ENTER THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS YOUR CARD WON'T PROCESS THE PAYMENT. IF YOU SEE A PENDING TRANSACTION ON YOUR CARD AFTER BEING DECLINED IT WILL FALL OFF AND IT'S ONLY SHOWING YOU ATTEMPTED TO MAKE THE TRANSACTION.

Average processing time for custom wig units is 21-28 business days for units that are being shipped. This excludes days that are not business days.

Please allow 2-3 business days for your unit to be processed.

Units can be rush ordered however, please contact us directly to do so.

Business days are Monday- Friday and do not include weekends and holidays.

All orders are shipped through Fedex and USPS.​

Our business does not issue refunds for custom wig units. In the case that a paid customer is unhappy, we are willing to resolve any issues with the product unless it has been damaged by the customer. Store credits can be issued.
